Legislative Decree No. 22 Law for the Creation of the Trust for Food Sovereignty and the Rescue of the Agricultural Sector (FIRESA)

The purpose of this Law is the constitution, operation and regulation of the Trust for Food Sovereignty, which may be abbreviated "FIDESA", to guarantee and promote food sovereignty, facilitating financing for food production, increasing the level of technicalization of agri-food chains and strengthen the agricultural and agro-industrial sectors, in order to improve the national food supply.
