Parlatino - Joint Declaration of the Latin American and Caribbean Parliament and FAO for the Increase of Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems in the Face of the Covid-19 Crisis.

Calls upon governments and parliaments in the region to create the conditions for the implementation of the Principles for Responsible Investment in Agriculture and Food Systems (CFS-IAR) as part of their overall efforts to build more sustainable, healthy, inclusive, resilient and transformative food systems in the context of the COVID-19 crisis, thus ensuring greater food security and better nutrition and the effective exercise of the right to adequate food for all people in their territories.
