Description

The purpose of this law is to establish the responsibilities of the state in the development of a legal framework that guides towards a sustainable productive model of family, peasant and indigenous agriculture based on agroecology, resilient to climate change, which contributes to economic development, equity and social inclusion, as well as to the integrated management of landscapes.
