Fifth package of EU measures. Sector Foreign Trade Targeted export bans, worth €10 billion, in areas where Russia is vulnerable due to its high dependence on EU supplies. This includes: quantum computing, advanced semiconductors, sensitive machinery, transportation, and chemicals. It also includes specialized catalysts.
