The USA will impose full blocking sanctions on two major Russian state-owned financial institutions that provide crucial services, essential to financing the Kremlin and the Russian military (Vnesheconombank, Promsvyazbank and their subsidiaries). The USA imposes first tranche of swift and severe costs on Russia.
