That within the framework of the declaration of the State of Economic, Social and Ecological Emergency carried out by the National Government, it became necessary for the Special Administrative Unit for School Feeding to issue resolution No 007 of April 2020, through which , the technical, administrative guidelines, standards and minimum conditions for the attention of the School Feeding Program were temporarily defined during the validity of the home learning measure, with the purpose that the essential public service can be guaranteed by the Territorial Entities. of preschool, basic and secondary education, safeguarding the fundamental rights to life and education of girls, boys, adolescents and young people enrolled in the official sector.
