Measures in the agricultural sector to mitigate the economic effects derived from the Coronavirus COVID-19 disease on agricultural workers and producers (Decree 796 - 04/06/20)

It seeks to facilitate the recovery of small and medium producers who have been affected by the health emergency or whose situation has worsened and to promote liquidity in the Colombian countryside. Therefore, Banco Agrario Colombia S.A. is empowered to and to the Fund for the Financing of the Agricultural Sector - FINAGRO, as administrator of the Agricultural Guarantee Fund - FAG to celebrate portfolio recovery and payment agreements, which may include the forgiveness of current interest and arrears.
