Honduras - Law on Assistance to the Productive Sector and Workers in the Face of the Effects of the Pandemic Caused by COVID-19

The purpose of the Law is that during a process of suspension of employment contracts before the Secretary of State in the Offices of Labor and Social Security (STSS) due to the national health emergency of the COVID-19 pandemic (coronavirus), labor stability is guaranteed, as well as the granting of a solidarity contribution, which ensures the survival of workers and the productive sector as a whole.
