Adequate availability of services for the Export at Origin Programe due to COVID-19 emergency (General Regulations - CVE 1767703)

The field of action of the present resolution is targeted to all the Non-Affiliated Plants, where SAG performs the service of phytosanitary inspection, sampling and clearance of approved products, regarding the frequency of services and the delegation of the dispatch. For which, a restriction is established on the number or frequency of services that can be requested from SAG, with this service being provided on a weekly basis. The service request must be made through the current Scheduling System. In addition, Non-Affiliated Establishments, which process products of Risk Category 1 and dry products with low risk of quarantine pests, are authorized to delegate the dispatch according to the conditions established in the regulation.
