NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Third National Communication of Chile

The Third National Communication of Chile before the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change reports on the efforts made by the country between 2012 and 2016 to mitigate climate change, adapt to it and strengthen institutional capacities to face such challenges. The document refers to the national circumstances that determine the approach to climate change at the political and socioeconomic level, registering the geographical, climatic and development profile of the country and the governance structures and instruments through which Chile articulates its climate action.
