Description
The preparation of this Inventory follows the Guidelines for the Preparation of NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS from Parties Not Included in Annex I to the Convention, established in Decision 17/CP.8 of the Eighth Conference of the Parties to the Convention, held in Delhi, India, in October/November 2002. This Inventory is presented for the period from 1990 to 2010.
