The presentation of this Third National Communication reflects the commitment of Argentina with the protection of the climatic system, for the present generations and as well as the conviction that only through international cooperation can the stabilization of greenhouse gas concentrations in the atmosphere be achieved at a level that prevents dangerous anthropogenic interference in the climate system.
