NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Third National Communication of Costa Rica

The report includes valuable information on the country's context, the INGEI, and the actions that the country is carrying out on climate change. Communication is important not only to be accountable to the international community and communicate the actions that the country is taking to face the climate crisis, but also in the national context, since it provides a large amount of information and quality analysis that allow better decisions to be taken.
