Taking into account the agreements reached and the commitments assumed in the course of UNFCCC negotiations, Argentina presents the second Biennial Report of Update (BUR, for its acronym in English), containing the following chapters: (1) National Circumstances and Arrangements Institutional; (2) Emissions Inventory of GHG; (3) Mitigation Actions and Policies and their Effects; (4) Needs and Support Received.
