NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Second National Communication of Panama

Through this communication, Panama reports on its inventory of greenhouse gases (GHG) based on the country's information for the year 2000, its national programs and the regional initiatives in which it participates to promote mitigation and facilitate adequate adaptation to climate change, as well as the measures it has adopted to contribute to the achievement of the objective of the UNFCCC.
