NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Second National Communication of Nicaragua

The Second National Communication complies with the constitutional mandate and the Plan of Human Development to guarantee the right of the Nicaraguan People to live in a healthy environment, with less risk of climatic effects, informing the people, to achieve direct commitment in decision-making, to implement measures prevention and protection against the current and future effects of climate change.
