NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Second National Communication of Guatemala

Based on the commitments that Guatemala acquired before the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the SCN establishes the country's reports to the Conference of the Parties (COP) on its emission sources and removals by sinks of all greenhouse gases not controlled by the Montreal Protocol, known as Greenhouse Gas Inventories.
