NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Second National Communication of Venezuela

The elaboration of the Second National Communication on Climate Change shows the commitment and will of the Bolivarian Government of Venezuela, regarding the need raised by the authorities of the Ministry of People's Power for Ecosocialism and Waters (Minea), to widely disseminate the knowledge of the climate change issue in the country. This communication was prepared with the financial support of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), and the collaboration of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), as an agency.
