NATIONAL COMMUNICATIONS: Fifth national communication of Mexico

The objective of the National Communication is to strengthen the country's technical and institutional capacities on the subject of climate change and sustainable development. The document was prepared by the National Institute of Ecology and Climate Change (INECC), which had the collaboration of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), and is an instrument to inform the Convention about the progress of the Parties in dealing with Climate Change and the implementation of the Convention.
