Event detail:

The International Seminar: Critical issues for the third leap in global food production aims to sow the role of the Tropical Bioeconomy in the debate on sustainable development models, including issues that impact food security, social and technological inclusion of small and medium producers in the tropical zone of the planet. It also seeks to propose alternatives so that environmental challenges (deforestation, soil degradation and biodiversity loss) become strategic solutions for the planet and for the wellbeing of society, and to promote the exchange of agendas between central actors in the promotion of sustainable development on strategic issues, particularly related to the release of available technological potential, which is not appropriated by the productive sectors and whose value is not perceived by society.
