This in-person agricultural conference features keynote speeches, panel discussions, workshops, and one-on-one meetings. It brings together national and international experts on key Peruvian agricultural export crops: table grapes, avocados, blueberries, and citrus fruits. Thematic areas cover post-harvest management, harvest optimization, pest and disease control, soil microbiology, irrigation, export logistics, artificial intelligence applied to agriculture, and the economic context of the agricultural export sector. It runs concurrently with the 2nd Peruvian Post-Harvest Congress, which focuses on technologies for preserving quality during extended transit to international markets.
