Regional event organized by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) and the National Institute of Hydraulic Resources (INDRHI) of the Dominican Republic, aimed at positioning water resources as a strategic asset for sustainable development in Latin America and the Caribbean. The event brings together government authorities, international organizations, technical experts, and sectoral stakeholders to discuss challenges related to water security, climate resilience, integrated water resources management, and climate change adaptation. It also promotes regional exchange and coordination on public policies, financing, and water governance as a contribution to the regional agenda toward the 2026 United Nations Water Conference.
