Regional platform for dialogue and exchange on carbon markets and climate action in Latin America and the Caribbean, organized by the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) and the Ministry of Environment of Nuevo León. The Latin America and the Caribbean Climate Summit (LACS) 2026 will bring together more than 600 government representatives, investors, specialists, and private sector stakeholders to address emissions trading systems, carbon taxes, international market mechanisms, and innovation aimed at sustainable economic growth and climate transition across the region.
