The objective of this event is to generate a space for reflection and exchange of experiences from different countries in Latin America and Europe on the current situation and the role of ICs as articulating nodes and spaces of opportunity for the populations of rural territories and migrant groups; and for the promotion of a more sustainable, productive and equitable development.
