This event is coordinated by IICA and will be co-authored by more than 10 international and regional institutions that are promoting the bioeconomy in the region. During the event, the co-authors will present the report's findings, addressing recent advances, challenges and the pending bioeconomy agenda in LAC. Panel discussions will be organized on three relevant topics: policies and financing for the bioeconomy, sustainable intensification and ecosystem services, and innovations and entrepreneurship in the bioeconomy.
