Since 2020, Ecuador has played a leading role as an active member of the global initiative "Mano de la Mano" of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO). The main objective of this initiative is to eliminate the barriers that hinder agricultural development worldwide. In this context, the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock (MAG) successfully led the recent National Investment Forum in Quito, marking a crucial milestone in driving sustainable growth in the sector.
